Exercises

  1. Bicep Curl:
    • Hold the dodecagon dumbbell in each hand with palms facing upward.

  4. Lunges:

    • Step forward with one leg and lower your body until both knees are bent at a 90-degree angle.
    • Push back up to the starting position using your front leg.
    • Repeat on the other side for the desired number of repetitions.
  5. Russian Twist:
    • Sit on the floor with your knees bent and feet elevated off the ground.
    • Hold the dodecagon dumbbell with both hands at chest height.
    • Twist your torso to one side, bringing the weight toward the floor.
    • Return to the center and twist to the other side.
    • Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
